Hi all,
I wonder if someone can assist me please. I have a NAS320LW.
The NAS interface says "This device is already registered to mydlink service. You can access this device from mydlink portal now." The internet status is given as "connected".
When I follow the link to "click here to connect to mydlink portal" I am taken to the mydlink login page.
I can login to mydlink successfully, however I get the message "Your account has no devices."
How do I resolve this please?
Regards
Springnuts.

- What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Was this device new when you bought it or used? Where did you buy the unit from? Did you register the unit yourself or did you plug it in and notice that it was reg'd already?

Thanks. I bought it new. I first registered when it was new. The firmware is updated to 1.06. The serial number is R3RY1CB000532. Is this enough info? I won't have access to it fora few days.

What region are you located?

Apologies. I am in the UK; router is an EE Brightbox. Upnp is enabled.

How long has it been since you registered the DNS with the MDL service? This maybe a localized service issue that you may need to phone contact D-Link support about for your region.
-
At least 18 months I think. I will phone them. Are you able to tell me the phone number please?
