D-Link DCS-910 IP Webcam - External IP Viewing Issue

CRUSADER:
Hi everyone,

I have a DCS-910.
It's on a static IP, a secondary HTTP Port (79)
Port on the router has been opened and forwarded.
Internal IP is 192.168.1.65
Default Gateway is 192.168.1.1
External IP is 93.97.164.4

I require a live stream to be setup, and it needs to be as live as you can get, with as little delay as possible.

What are my next steps?
