Title: Help - Video Stream Lost

I have a D-934L I recently installed.  The camera works great with the app on my phone, but my wife's phone always has the "Video stream lost" error when trying to view the camera.  Both phones are iPhone 6's and the app has never worked properly on my wife's phone.

Any idea how we can fix the app and get it working?  Thanks in advance!

What iOS versions are loaded on the phones?
Try removing the app, reboot the phone then re-install the app?

IF it works on your phone and not the other, I presume there maybe an issue with this one phone.  :-\
