DGS-1210-24P only running 100M

Hi There, i have a dgs-1210-24P, running Cat6A everywhere in the house also patched inside rack, if i bypass switch and run all my cables direct into router i hit 900 mbit/s but if i run with the switch i get Orange led and only hit 100 mbit/s, port 1 gets Green LED and 1000 Mbit/s from router any other port is Orange for some reason

any thoughts ?
