How can I block certain user on DFL-800?

Just block the user from accessing the LAN.
Is there any feature like mac filtering?

The LAN on this device is an unmanaged switch, you can't prevent any traffic on it at all.

No, we do not do MAC filtering on this device.

How are you identifying that user?  By IP for example, just write an appropriate IP Rule.
