This is the official forum. However for your issue, this needs a higher level of help to determine if it's the driver or an OS issue. Keep us posted how it goes. I would ask for Level 2 support if you can get it.

Emailed support through website last night, waiting for response. Anyone know how long it usually takes?

Its been maybe a week plus since I used the legitimate support channel, and STILL don't have ANY response!
Don't have the time to call, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to have support......getting ridiculous.

I have the same problem but with DWA-547. It just stopped working and I got the same error message as mentioned above. If I uninstall the driver it will work until I restart the computer. I know the router is working because every other device is running just fine on it and I put the DWA-547 in another computer and it worked just fine so it must be a software issue.

What region are you located?
What OS are you having the problem with?
If it installs on a different PC and works fine there, I would presume that the problem is with the original PC and not SW. If it had been working and recently stopped, this could be related to the OS updates.
