Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

What model cameras are connected?

Does setting 5/30 to 5/31 do the same thing?
What browser are you using? Does other browsers like FF exhibit the same thing?

Region is Malaysia
Camera is DCS-5222LB2
Browser is Windows 10 IE 11 (Firefox no problem)

Already try 5/30 and 5/31...
Only 5/31 have problem...
And I try 3/31 and 7/31 got same problem...
And I try click blue 31 on left side...
The record show up...

I think is IE 11 not compatible...

Sorry for my bad english!

Ok, thank you for confirming IE and FF and glad FF is working.

I'll pass this along to D-Link for review. I suggest you phone contact your regional D-Link support office as well to inform them of your findings.

Thank you.
