DGS-1210-10 and Realtek GBE NIC
« on: May 14, 2016, 01:52:02 PM »

Hi everyone,

So my issue is with DGS-1210-10 and Realtek GBE NIC. Other NICs do NOT exibit this issue. This is a very popular NIC integrated into HP Pro Book laptops -- 10EC & 8168

It connects fine but throughout is around 50M. There are no errors locally on the windows laptop and on the switch port. It's not the cable. Updated drivers to  latest 2013 release from HP's web site. Still nothing. Again no errored packets, nothing on port monitoring. Same port gives wire max throughput using another non-HP laptop (they use Intel NIC).

What gives?
