Title: 320L - Keeps returning insufficient disk space - When 2 x 4TB NAS drives empty?
Post by: Slinkmink on March 31, 2019, 01:21:59 PM
:( Keep getting returned 'insufficient disk space' when trying to record iVMS4200 on 320L  NAS drives (RAID 1)
Will record CCTV fine using C: drive but will not let me access mapped drive L:
I can save to the empty drive L:

Can anyone shed some light?

It is driving me crazy. Was working fine when using Win 7 now upgraded to Win 10 Pro new machine but cannot get tit to work!
Thanks

Since it worked with win7 and you have now changed to win 10 I wouldn't be at all surprised if you haven't hit the windows SMB bug where won 10 defaults to SMB v2 and the NAS is limited to SMB v1.

There i8s a way to force win 10 to use SMB v1 but I don't know how to do it as I don't use the windows operating system, sorry.

You probably have the NAS recycle bin enabled and full.
I had the same issue until I notice that.
And apparently there's no way to configure the amount of space reserved to it: its either enabled or disabled.
