Firmware 1.30 for DWA-140
« on: May 19, 2010, 12:51:12 PM »

Hi all

I am looking for a firmware upgrade for my DWA-140, so that I can get from firmware version 1.20 -> 1.30.

This is needed so I can use it on my WD TV Live. I have searched everywhere, but have found no place where I can find Firmware upgrades for DWA-140.

All help will be much appriciated.

Thanks in advance..

im really sorry to say that, but DLink doesnt care about DWA-140 adapter.

Im a former user of this adapter and my only choice was to ask for a refund. It DOES NOT AND WILL NOT WORK under Windows 7/Vista 64-bits

Has anyone noticed the 25 pages of SPAM created by the user Parasolka???????

Where are the forum moderators??????

This is ridiculous.

for DWA-140 d-link doesn't support any firmware updated (discussed with sombody from d-link)

if you need support for your WD you should try at WD...

Which revision of the adapter do you have? the original or the "B2" version?

I have the B2 version and just downloaded the 1.71 updater which also installs the D-Link wireless software but which you can uninstall afterwards and which in my case I had to do to get it to work using the normal windows wireless software.
