Was it working before?

Can you access the camera? (mydlink app or web browser)

Is the red light blinking or is it solid?

Try resetting it (paperclip in reset hole for 10 seconds and release). You will have to reconfigure it.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?

Place the camera near the router or use LAN cable to connect the camera to the router?

What region are you located?

Try this, change the 2.4Ghz radio on the 868L for OPEN security temporarily. Change it from WPA2 to OPEN or disabled. Save settings. Factory reset the camera and see if it will reconnect to the 2.4Ghz radio on the 868L. I presume if it won't, then D-Link support will need to be contacted on the phone.
