DCS-4602EV User Experience?
« on: August 08, 2016, 07:44:38 PM »

I'm considering purchase of a DCS-4602EV 2MP Dome Camera for surveillance.  Has anyone used this camera and can they provide feedback?

Thanks Ryat3.  Unfortunately that single short video doesn't tell me much.  Hoping to get some examples of zooming in and night vision.  Also looking for personal experience of successes and failures, satisfactions and disappointments.

Contact Rakesh?

These other "models" you are dipping into - are more on the level of business... not really consumer... (IMHO).

I've never purchased anything like this, and don't really plan to.

If someone else wants to step up and say they have these type of cameras, then please do so.   ::)

This for home or business? Really should keep these separate. However this model and this one could be used in a limited home environment:
I had a buddy of mine put up a couple of these for surveillance due to his neighbor doing things that he shouldn't have been:

Says they work great and uses D-View Cam on a PC to capture video. His are LAN wired I think which these are LAN wired only cameras I believe.

My cams are at a vacation home so even though this is listed as a business class cam, I'm using it for personal.

OK.....will exclude posts for business class cams in home use.
