Documentation on RegionCode (SKU1-12) Selection in Driver 1.30

In the DWA-142 D-Link driver package version 1.30, there is an option "Region code", with the following list of selections:

sku1 = "SKU 1"
sku2 = "SKU 2"
sku3 = "SKU 3"
sku4 = "SKU 4"
sku5 = "SKU 5"
sku6 = "SKU 6"
sku7 = "SKU 7"
sku8 = "SKU 8"
sku9 = "SKU 9"
sku10 = "SKU 10"
sku11 = "SKU 11"
sku12 = "SKU 12"
Default = "Default"

However, there is a lack of documentation or knowledgebase article to explain what is the region code about and which countries/region each SKU denotes.
