Access Timeout to web control panel

Hello to everyone,
I have a bad behavior when I want access to Nas control panel after a reboot:

If I reboot my Nas and then go on browser to access on control panel, I put user and password, then click Login. Page remain in loading for a long time, and Chrome give me message if it must forcing close tab .
I must launch Nas Setup program, follow wizard to configure.. until I arrive on network wizard page or more.
Then if I retry to access control panel is faster and good.
I tried to use other browsers and no change,
I tried to reset Nas from control panel and using Reset back button but no change,
I tried to remove hard disks and I didn't have this problem.

Anyone have this trouble?? Any suggestion??
