Yup No more DIVX :(
-
DivX did not work particularly well, what did work of it was causing a majority of the "video playback is terrible" complaints I saw (not that people more involved with the product might not have seen differently). I say good riddance.
-
Well it also broke Xvid now, which unfortunately the Box and all the rest of the stuff says it does support....
wtf
-
DSM-520 is the device with the XVID issue soon to be fixed
-
Looks like this post got mislabeled Should be for the DSM-520 release notes!
-
I assumed Eric was right and changed all the topics in the thread to
DSM-520 Firmware version 1.03 Released
If this is wrong original poster should say so.
-
Many many emails about XVID. :-\ not a huge fan favorite. I've heard one email with a little bit of positive feedback on this firmware though.
-
Will be resolved soon. Then we can all get back to the pool and catch some sun.
-
Can we get an ETA on when the updated firmware will be released? Next Monday? 1 week? 1 month?
-
Today. In process of being uploaded now.
-
So..Monday because we don't post software on Friday.
-
1.04 fixes things.
Oh and its live now.
-
Have just confirmed that 1.04 is live and had a customer update to 1.04 already.
-
Normally we would post on monday however this is a priority fix and I think not posting it will cause more support than posting it.
-
Wow a fix in less than a week sweet!!!
