Defragging EXT3

We would like to see the incorporation of a disk defrag tool in the DNS-343.  In particular,
Shake.  http://vleu.net/shake/

Over time the drives do become fragmented. 

Any suggestions on how to add Shake would be most welcome.  Ideally, it could be added as an Add On.
