Vlan in DES 1228

Can anybody Pl. tell me how to configure Dlinlk DES-1228 for VLAN.

i want to have Vlan setup in which port no. 1 of Des 1228  should be talking to each port from 2 to 24 of .

can anybody  help me Pl.
