Title: Advanced wireless?

I wonder if this option shall be enabled or disabled...
Advanced-->advanced wireless-->Extra Wireless Protection ?
I use 802.11n Only.

Extra Wireless Protection
Extra protection for neighboring 11b wireless networks. Turn this option off to reduce the adverse effect of legacy wireless networks on 802.11ng performance. This option is available only when 802.11 Mode is set to an 11n Onlyoption.
(Refer to the Setup → Wireless Settings → Manual Wireless Network Setup page.)

yeah but i dont even get what it means..what happens if i turn it off ?
I am using 802.11n Only, Wpa2Only and AES
And if i disable the extra wireless protection, then i cant connect to my network.
