Media Share Settings problems

I have a big problem with the default embedded the Media Share. I selected 4 directories to share and the database had been build up successfully. One of this 4 directory have 150+ subdirectories. At the moment the I see the other 3 directories subdirs but I can not see 150+ subdir directory.

Any idea what is the solution?
