Authorisation required?

I'm trying to locate and install Plex Media server. Whenever I attempt to download from here: http://dlink.vtverdohleb.org.ua/Add-On/#signin I get an authorisation required message.

Whenever I try to sign-in, I get the following message: Incorrect login or password!
Maybe your account has not has passed check or blocked. Try after 5 min.

Are these apps now pay for only?
Any help appreciated...

Hi you need to create an account to get past this notification. You can register in the top left corner of that page. (Took me an hour to figure this out)! They try to force you to donate before activating the software but I found that if you click the Paypal button as if you were to donate the Launch button then unlocks itself on the app so you can continue without donating.
