I purchased DSL-2750U DSL modem and found that some screws inside the modem are loosened and making noise. So I planned to not to connect it to Power as it may be dangerous. What should I do?
-
Take it back to the place of purchase and inform them of this and get a new one.
-
I contacted the seller, but he denied help because he says that the modem is in Manufacture Warranty and he can't help.
-
RMA back to DLINK.
-
Today I will visit Dlink service center. What will I get, whether they will repair or provide me replacement?
-
Should replace it.
Let us know how it goes.
-
The service center told me that the modem is not powering on and they taken it for repair.
I am in contact with D-link India customer support for getting a replacement for the same.
I will update the status soon.

The D-link service center today told me that they will take more time to get it repaired as some parts are not available. When I asked for replacement, they simply said they cannot do that.
Now, when I am contacting D-link customer care also, they are not responding to me. What should I do?
Is there any escalation matrix available for D-link for escalating this case to higher level?

You'll need to be patient and wait for the repair center to fix the unit.
If this does not meet your current needs or you are in need of a working unit sooner, I would recommend that you go and buy a new unit so your connection needs can be resolved sooner than later.
Good Luck.
