DHCP work for a while and then stop

I have a dgs 1100-8p rev B with latest firmware (1.00.035 hotfix)

since I started using vlan on it, initial dhcp request work fine but it slowly stop working

what I mean is, I see dhcp renew for a while, taking more and more time between them, and then nothing

at that point I have to unplug power and plug it back in which is frustrating since it run multiple POE device which force a hard reboot on them too

is it a known issue? is there a way to fix this?
