I have the exact same problem.
I'm trying to move some huge files from nas to Linux Mint PC and I get at best 14 MB/sec.
While I was copying files, I tried to copy another huge file from another nas, a WD, connected in the exact same way through the same router and with identical cables. This second file went at 35 MB/sec.

What's wrong with the D-Link?
