So... after getting 0 help from dlink phone line ... send us the unit and we will repair it for you at a small price .....
i finnaly was able to make it to work, i have removed the battery, unpluged the unit, let it sleep for the night (pretty sure that was useless but

) and reboot the DSN-1100-10, ..... and voila !
2 week for that !
