Registration second camera

I was given two Dlink 5222l cameras several months ago. I was able to register one camera. However when I try to register the second camera it will not register. I have a valid IP address but in the last step to register against my Comcast network the Dlink camera goes from green to red after starting. I think it might be because the previous owner registered this camera (just a guess). He does not have any of the information he used at the time he had the cameras. If I am correct that this camera is already registered at his account how can I register it to my account.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
