Hello guys

I'm trying to configure Windows Server Backup from a Win 2k8 Std R2 to store bare metal and some individual folders from another volume into a DBS-323 share. The bare metal backup finishes, but backup of individual folders from volume D fails with "The version does not support this version of the file format".

Seems that the problem is DNS-323 creating sparse files that is not support by Windows Server Backup (at least this is what I found in http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsbackup/thread/13bb79e9-c970-4805-88cb-2000b3348070 ). There is a way to put "strict allocate = yes" at DNS-323's smb.conf? We bought this NAS to hold server backup, but this error is freaking me out...

Thanks
