Release Notes:
1. Fixed upgrade fail issue using DNC (Nuclias Connect)
2. Fixed apply new password (settings and wizard) issue
NOTE: USA USERS DO NOT UPGRADE (yet) since this version will only work with Nuclias Connect (not available in the US until Feb 2020). This firmware is not compatible with Central Wi-Fi Manager.
