I have found I get MUCH better connections with

1. TURN OFF QOS and WISH
2. Restrict channel width 20mhz
3.  Set a wireless channel versus automatic scan.

4. Remove Short HI (Advanced Wireless)
5. WLAN PArtition

Thanks for letting us know. Channel width should be set to Auto or 40Mhz depending upon client side HW support. Newer generation devices perfer 40Mhz on 2.4Ghz.
