WD Red NAS hard drives have been extensively tested for compatibility in 1-5 bay NAS systems in our FIT labs and AVL qualified with these key partners: D-Link, DROBO, Netgear, etc.

I would like to add with the WD Red NAS drives, I have four 2TB in RAID 5 config and its connected to a Dell 2716 Gbit switch both NICs (Adaptive Load Balancing), I get on average 40MB/sec. Not bad when I was lucky to get 10 to 15MB/sec on my WD 1.5GB green drives.
