860L conneted through a 3rd party firewall.
« on: December 15, 2015, 02:16:21 PM »

I have a Fortigate 20C firewall that I want to use in my LAN. Does anybody know how to configure the 860L so that it'll route through the firewall? I was told to set it up as an AP, but I'm pretty much clueless on how to do it. Can anybody give me a step by step on it? My desired configuration is:

    Computers =====> 860L =====> Fortigate 20C =====> Modem =====> Internet.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Turning a router into an AP.
