The Taiwan D-Link website has D-ViewCam 3.3 + Device Pack 1.4.2 available for download.
Trying the download now from http://tsd.dlink.com.tw (http://tsd.dlink.com.tw) and selected device DCS 100.
The software is from 15/5/2012 and about 82MB (few MB smaller than V3.2).
Will keep you appraised on progress, bugs and issues.

Great news!!! As soon as anyone tests it, please post the changes you notice! Thanks
These are the release notes for 3.3
1. Fix remote client channel quantity bug
2. Fix DViewCam audio bug
3. Modify installation screen information
Finally the remote client single channel problem has been addressed. However, I expected more changes on this new release (9 months since first 3.2 release)....

It has been removed from the website, but the documentation is still there.
I was not able to get a good download, so no luck yet

You can grab v3.3 from dlink ftp site linked above...

So odd that all of a sudden it is stored in a different location. Will test to see if this is the real 3.3, or some parallel thing. The normal location still only has 3.2 available...
Download almost complete. I will give some feedback after I have played around with this thing on one of the sandboxes...
I also noticed this zip is back again on the Taiwan site...
Update:
Bummer, the ZIP-file is corrupt: "the compressed folder is invalid"
The Taiwan file uses some odd method that does not work with latest firefox.
I will try all again with IE. If that fails, I will have to search for other methods...

Is this the actual updated application?
The location is throwing me for a loop. ???

Just to be clear? Has anyone successfully loaded and run 3.3 with lastest devise pack in the USA? I have a variety of hardware and software options available to try to install on, any recommendations to increase my probability of success?
Thank You in advance. Gene ???

I have downloaded and installed the version from ftp://ftp.dlink.com/DView/ (http://ftp://ftp.dlink.com/DView/), and I did need to use 7zip instead of built-in Windows viewer to extract (it complained about file-corruption).
Starting to test the new version this weekend, to see if it works OK, and what else has been changed, not mentioned in the Release-notes.
Will keep you posted on findings. But seeing that the zip-file size decreased, I expect no major changes in bugs nor in functionality.

Thank you. Had the same problem with zip file....corrupt. I will try some other tools I have.

Is the file on ftp://ftp.dlink.com/DView/ the application or device pack? The file name, DViewCam_v330_Device_Pack_v142.zip, is confusing me.
-
it's the application + device pack
