OK so please add the UK to the list.  I withdraw my earlier statements about being able to turn the blue light off.  I can turn it off  but it does come back on at some point.  Often this will be during the night but sometimes the next day.  I have been trying to work out a pattern but cannot see it.  There are a few things that confuse me though.  This light has the word cloud next to it.  I presume this is meant to light up if access to the camera is occurring through the cloud, i.e. the mydlink site or android app from another network.    If it is coming on, is it being tripped by someone or something accessing the camera remotely?  I have tested this though using my mobile phone on the phone network and the blue light does not come on when accessing from cloud using android app.  When accessing from the cloud it behaves the same as when accessing from home network, i.e. green power light flashes.

In the manual, the  button I was using to turn the light off was described as
"Turn on/off the temperature indictor night light" (pasted with typo from http://www.dlink.com/-/media/Consumer_Products/DCS/DCS%20825L/Manual/DCS_825L_EyeOn_Baby_Camera_Android_User_Guide_RevA_EN_EU.pdf"  This light is actually the light on the top that is meant to give you an indication that it is too hot or cold.  Note this doesn't work on mine.  It goes green at start up then never lights again.   So why should using the button in the android app that is meant for the temperature light, turn off the blue light on the bottom that is marked as cloud?  Have they got the lights switched in some way in the firmware so the blue light on the bottom comes on when the temp changes outside the set range?  So to test this I used a hair dryer in a cold room and raised the temp above the top trigger then let it drop back down to below the bottom trigger.  Scratch that idea as the blue light stayed off and so did the actual temp sensor lights. Maybe there is some preset temp that it needs to drop below.

My wife has suggested I follow the other's lead and use blue tack.  I think I will be taking that advice.

Add Canada to the list. Lower LED on all the time, 2 second audio lag behind video.

Go to settings via app and turn off LED light.
This shuts down the lower LEDs.
Go to mydlink and connect to your camera.
Go to the settings tab and check the box where ot says "turn off all led lights".

****** camera....

This is what I was doing and it does turn the light off for a while but then it comes back on some hours later.  This behavior is the same whether I have  "turn off all led lights" selected or not!

Developers are aware of this LED issue.  I've been told that it is being addressed and may be resolved on the next f/w release.
