i lost my software for my router , what can i do?
how can i download the software again ?

Log into the DWRs web page.
Please review the installation guide and user manual for help and information regarding this.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

I have never heard of the 957M. It is not in our global database. Where did you buy it? It is not a US product.

Also I believe you chatted with one of our agents and your IP was not in North America.  You may need to contact support in your country since this product may be a special sku for a specific ISP. Go to http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=73830.0 for tech support information.
