Title: QRS Mobile on iPad Air w/ DIR-506L Doesn't Work (AT ALL)

QRS Mobile:  1.50 (2/21/14) -- latest ver available in AppStore
iPad Air:  iOS 7.1.1 (11D201)
DIR-506L:  HW: A2 / FW: 2.13 (latest avail FW)

App opens just fine; however when I 'Start' I am presented with the following error message:

Your Device is not compatible with this version, please check the device supportlist on website and upgrade your device firmware.

Obviously, this is a deal breaker for me and I need this resolved ASAP (not 6-12 mo from now).

Please advise.


*UPDATE*

Check most recent iTunes reviews and you'll see I'm NOT alone with this broken app.  Someone really needs to look into this, because it has to be impacting your sales.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the problem isn't a 'training' issue: the app currently avail in Apple's app store is obviously broken (given how many others are suffering the same, identical issue).

Someone needs to fix the app and resubmit.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email. While posting issues in this forum is a great means of sharing information with other members and notifying D-Link of issues, D-Link escalates issues for resolution based on the volume of calls received through the official D-Link support desk. If D-Link receives a large number of calls pertaining to the same issue, that issue is more likely to be escalated as a problem for investigation and resolution. This is beyond forum help and needs to be addressed by D-Link. Ask for level 2 or higher support.
