Delivered DIR-890L solution with F/W 1.10 with Smart Connect off. All channels named the same, but it looked like it hooked up 5 Ghz when applicable.
1 DNR-202L w/ 1 WD 3TB ultra passport.
3 DCS-2230L.
1 DCS-960L.
I detected in WiFi analyzer only 1 other 2.4 Ghz signal. It was like a WiFi free zone?! lol
The DIR-890L was the only 5 Ghz I detected on lower and upper channel.
Surprise to say - all 3 DCS-2330L were fine on 2.4 Ghz, I saw no dropouts while it was recording.
At my place - I could only get 1 2.4 Ghz camera to work fine without dropping out. I had to use a 5Ghz adapter.

Huh? ???

I removed everything from my place and installed it at a clients site for home security.

So same config at your place now being used at different location. Interesting.
