Did you download the file from mydlink.com/support? The firmware  file is an archive with a .zip extension and must be extracted prior to uploading into the DCS-942L. If the file is actually damaged from a bad download, I recommend downloading the file again and extracting the firmware file from the archive.

Unzipped it and it worked, but now I'm getting an error message regarding my SD card: The throughput of the SD Card on your camera is not currently enough for recording.  Not loving this camera.

Is anyone able to view recorded videos in mydlink?  I was hoping this firmware update would fix the issue, but sadly it hasn't.  I still am not able to view recorded videos on the sd card through mydlink.  I have a thread going in the mydlink forum, but no response.  I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE on Windows and Mac counterparts and I am not able to get it to work at all.  Am I missing something?

Post exact details of what SD memory card you are using.. class, brand, and size?

And ... is it a fake SD card?

Installed firmware v1.20 and it now has blocked recordings to my 16gb micro SD card, which worked fine before before update.
Tried reformating card and swapped sd card, no change, is this a bug, as its certainly bugging me.
Any answers.
