Title: FLIP HD MP4 files won't play

I've discovered that MP4 files from an HD Flip camcorder won't play, the DSM-520 displays an error, "file format not supported". This is very frustrating, because the device proclaims to be able to play an MP4 file and I made the purchase decision based on that, and come to find out - it won't.
Before I return it, does anyone know of a way to get Flip MP4 files to play?

This may be inconvenient, but you can always re-encode the video to a different format.  This will result in reduced quality.

The device states to support "MPEG-4 (ASP - Advanced Simple Profile)" What profile MPEG-4 does your device record in?
