DAP 2695 and CWM with CaptivPortal

i am running 3 dap 2695 configured with multi ssid and vlans with WPA2Enterprise running on Windows 2012 R2 server. every thing works fine as expected but as soon as i enable the captive portal on a guest ssid it wont work no browsing on that ssid and on windows server log i got this error, i have tried every possibility like open system/WPA/WPA2 with, local user/password passcode and web reireection but nothing,

The description for Event ID 0 from source CaptivelPortal cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
