MyDlink Access APP on iphone 6
« on: December 06, 2016, 01:22:32 AM »

Just managed to setup my 320 and using the app on the iPhone 6 IOS 10.1.1. I;ve managed to upload some photos to the NAS but the APP only sees 20 photos on a specific day. It cannot seem to display ALL the iPhone camera roll so I cannot upload all photos. Any ideas?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What version of the app do you have loaded on the iPhone?

Thanks. It was my error. No issue. The only issue I have now is unable to have family members using the app to target their folders on the nas. Everything goes to route. Is it even possible to have multiple app users loading to their own folders on the nas?

Using PCs, I think so, yes.

OK thanks. So only via PCs and not via the iPhone APP? Seems a bit of a miss by D-Link given people want to back up direct from their smart phones...pretty much the main reason we bought this NAS.

Have you tried using one username and the app to see what it does from the iPhone?
