DFL 800 - PROBLEM ON LAN
« on: September 26, 2009, 03:13:44 PM »

My DFL 800 doesn't work with a server on my lan; on the Lan there are 30 pc and 8 server and only one has this problem; on the log I find this message, if I ping from the server to the firewall:

invalid_arp_sender_ip_address

the server doesn't ping the firewall but the firewall ping the server; I'm sure thre aren't replicate IP on the LAN.

Thanks!

Sounds like the IP information or routes on that server may be the issue, I would take a close second look.

The problem was on the arp table of the server; it didn't refresh.
I solved with the command: netsh interface ip delete arpcache
