DCS-4602EV, solid red light, 'reset' don't work

Hello,
I have the same problem with reset, only different cameras - DCS-4602EV. Two cameras show solid red. One of them shows green for 1-2 second, then green led blinks once, and goes to solid red. Tried reset, nothing happen, even red doesn't blink at all. No sign of network activity, no matter is it connected to router or PC. Tried different adapter (from working one)... I dont know did someone tried some update before or there is some other reason why they stopped working.
Any idea to get these cameras alive? Thanks...
