Null Value Access - ctera backup
« on: April 18, 2010, 09:41:50 AM »

Hardware Version: B1 (would be nice to see in the status screen)
Firmware Version: 1.09 beta
Software Version (Easy Search): not listed on status, not sure where to find this.

Harddrive 1: Right WDC WD5000AAKS-65TMA WD-WCAPW0397413 500 G
Harddrive 2: Left WDC WD5000AAKS-65TMA WD-WCAPW0398676 500 G

Problem Type:

 Error message
 Function does not work

Problem Description:

I followed the directions to set-up a 30-day account for the ctera backup. I added the add-on as instructed. On step 3 after I click "Save Settings", it says "Null Value Access".

Function Tested:

Test Procedure (steps to reproduce):
I verified that my account settings are correct. I navigated to another page of the DNS323, then returned to the "online backup" tab to find that it is still unconfigured. I tried entering my account information and selecting two backup folders, but it returned the same error. The DNS323 is configured with mirrored drives. The only other issue with the unit is when I click the iTunes Server tab, the unit restarts. I've documented this in another thread.

I have seen this error and hopefully it has been patched. I have a new version of the Add-On which will go up tomorrow.

I've got the same error with Internet Explorer 8.

When I used Internet Explorer 7 it works fine.

That's correct.
I downloaded it a few days ago.
