When using Firefox, I fill in my ID & PW and get the following:
I get a blank browser page - no errors, no information shown... just blank
When using MS Edge, I fill in my ID & PW and get the following:

That's odd... Microsoft Edge can’t find this page
This page can’t be displayed, because this site’s server might be
It was working fine around Dec. 22nd. Any info on whether there's an issue for the site, or do I need to do something different on my end?

I'm accessing my account via the Canadian site. Working on Safari and FF.
Be sure to clear browser cache then close then reopen the browser before accessing the MDL site.

Was the S5 connected to your WiFi?
-
Yes, the phone was using my wifi at the time..

Not sure what changed, but I was able to access MyDLink this morning... will try other web browsers later this morning...

Darn computers! :o :o

I did notice that when I tried to connect to mydlink with Google Chrome, it asked me to install a new plug-in... makes me think DLink made some changes for browser access that they didn't announce to users... oh well, at least I have access again...
Thanks for all who made suggestions....

Are you trying to connect with Wifi?
-
No... the pc was wired.... things are working fin.. the problem got resolved about 2 days after last post... no indication of what fixed it... I didn't do anything on my end..
-
I believe it was a MDL service issue. There is another maintenance period coming soon. ::)

will keep that in mind if I lose access in the coming update..
