DGS-1100 clears NVRAM sometimes
« on: January 29, 2016, 03:30:05 AM »

Hey,

i have 3 DGS-1100-8. 2 are working fine, 1 device doesnt work well. Sometimes the device forgets all its settings. Certainly i have clicked the button "save settings no NVRAM". I see that the NVRAM is cleared sometimes because the device switches back to the 10.90.90.90 ip address (and alle settings are set back to factory). Should i send the Switch back to my buyer? Or has someone an idea, how to solve the problem.

Thanks!

Has the one switch been factory reset then set up from scratch?
