Hi.

I picked up a brand new D-Link DHP-W308AV and DHP-W310AV  Today

Sadly I am not getting them to work if they are not plugged in the same double wall socket.

When plug them into the same wall socket then all 3 lights goes green and I can connect via them. WIFI and ethernet cable works like charm.

But if a move one to any other socket it just does not work. The Powerline LED goes red on the 310 and yellow or red on the 308. Sometimes the 308 powerline led is red or sometimes it is yellow but never green. IF it is yellow it resets a lot.

There is nothing else connected to the plugs..

D-link DHP-W308AV HW:B1 F/W 2.10
D-link DHP-W310AV HW:A1 F/W 1.04

I have tried to pair them from different sockets and that is impossible, It just does not want to sync. They only work when connected in the same double wall sockets.

Should I return them? Or am I doing somthing wrong? I have tried other plugs also with the similar result.

Help please
