Found a great website that lists many makes and models of routers, and also the DCS-5300G Dlink IP camera!

The site will try to sell you some software, but just click the top right corner of the page ("Click here to skip the advertisement") to get to the device lists.

The setup for the 5300G should be similar to many other Dlink cameras.
