Hello,
I cannot view my DCS-5220 VIDEO via the internet. I can log in, control the camera, see snapshots, etc., but cannot see live video. I've tried from 1 Vista PC, and 2 XP PC's with the same result. I allowed the active-x software to install on all 3 machines.
I have installed the DCS-5220 installation software on one of the remote PC's, and it found the camera and logged into it. Still no live video.
I can see live video fine if I am onsite.
I am set up using a Static IP using port 5000. I could not get the Verizon Westell combo modem/router to work at all using port 80, or using the DDNS. It does not support UPNP.
Please help with any suggestions.
Thanks

Try opening up all of the RTSP ports as well as the http port in the router firewall.
