Thanks, but I am on Windows 7 (I forgot to mention that) and this is article about linux.

So question is if there is any defrag tool that works in Windows 7 that I can use to defragment two HDDs that I have in my DNS?

Most NAS uses some form of embedded Linux OS and as stated in the Wikipedia link, Linux File-System (DNS-320 use EXT3) do not require defragmentation.

ivanbgd,
I believe what albert was trying to get across to you is that for the most part Linux machines like the DNS 320 do not require or benefit from defragmentation as do Windows drives.  Just because you can see it/ map it from your W7 machine does not make it a windows file system.  If you google this you will find several explainations for why this is so.  Here is one:
