Title: can't access management software

I was setting up a VLAN and accidentally set my newly created VLAN to have the authority to access the smart management software and now I cant access it anymore (even if I use the ports that I set to be in the VLAN). How do I go about resetting the entire switcher so that I can start over? The physical reset button does not reset the settings in the software. Please help.
