If daytime live feed video is too bright or washed out, the network camera Anti Flicker feature may be enabled. Disabling the anti-flicker feature may correct the issue.

Disabling Anti Flicker

  • Using a browser on a PC connected to the same LAN as the network camera, log into the camera web UI by entering the camera IP address in the URL field
  • Log into the web UI
  • Navigate to SETUP > Image Setup > Image Settings > Enable Anti Flicker (The actual navigation path may vary depending on the D-Link network camera model
  • Uncheck the Enable Anti Flicker checkbox and press Save

The Anti Flicker feature is designed to offset interference caused by flickering light sources in the camera field of view.
